Collection method and legal bases
Your personal data is collected through website forms, e-mail, phone, meetings and cookies, by automated or partly automated means. It is processed on the legal bases set out in Article 5 of KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the legitimate interest of the data controller and, where required, your explicit consent.
Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be transferred to our service providers (hosting, e-mail, software services), business partners, group companies and legally authorized public authorities. Where service providers' servers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with the conditions in Article 9 of KVKK.

Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the process involves an additional cost, the fee set by the Board may be charged.
